The room was quite spacious but tired, there were splattered insects on the walls, the window/door didn't operate properly and didn't stop much noise from outside.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, however, they could have used some extra help as all responsibilities were left to just a few. It was New Years Eve so maybe difficult to get staff at that time of the year but the operators should not fully book the "resort" if that's the case. It's not really a resort, more like a motel with two accommodation block and a tiny ageing pool. The grounds were very nice though. The stand out for me was the quality of food in the restaurant, it was exceptionally good and again, the staff were particularly friendly and polite but run off their feet and could hardly cope. We were asked to leave the bar/restaurant building at 10pm on New Year's Eve leaving us with no other option than so go back to the room to bring in the New Year. Very odd. I wouldn't mind any of this but the property is advertised as 4 star and the pricing reflects the advertising but not the reality. I imagine it is a lot cheaper at other times of the year and so a much better experience but not for me on this occasion.
