We have been staying at this OYO for 5+ years while on our roadtrips, and it has drastically declined. My partner waited for more than an hour just to check in, following directions to use a phone number to call/trying to activate their ring camera. Hotels.com couldn't even get a hold of them and had to try 3 different representatives with still no luck.
When finally someone from the neighboring hotel came, they were not an employee and said that they were "covering" since no one was "in" that day. My partner was NOT asked for IDENTIFICATION, not asked for card, or even confirmation, just to write their name on a post it. The key was made without verification, so their level of security was concerning.
Dead cockcoaches were by the front desk counter, the bed was not made fresh, the cold water was NOT RUNNING at all from the faucet, the bed was newly stained with red juice, white powder was all over the comforter...it was beyond disappointing. My family had to barricade the doors overnight since the deadbolt was worn down. This by far, is the worst OYO location we've been to. I hope corporate reviews this for investigation. Yes, we have photos & video.
