We only stayed one night, so we managed, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of the 2 twin beds, I was given a room with one bed that was stated to be a queen but was more like a full that two of us had to share. There were no amenities in the room such as an ice bucket and 2 glasses. Had to go downstairs to get two paper cups that we filled with ice. The room was old and dingy. The toilet did not flush well, had to keep flushing. The hotel advertisement stated there was a restaurant on the premises, but there was no restaurant. Also, we were charged per bag for holding before check- in and after check-out while we explored NYC.
