For frequent travelers, this hotel is a disappointment compared to any other hotel of the same level: MEDIOCRE! A hotel with mediocre management. They charge for the use of the exercise room, they charge even if you only ask for a 30-minute late checkout. The food for both breakfast and dinner is horrible and is always the same, they never change. We notice the lack of customer-oriented management; they are polite but not customer-focused. THERE IS ANOTHER HOTEL, also inside the airport, that you should consider. Lacks international thinking and marketing.
For a hotel located at the airport and in a metropolis like Tokyo, the hotel lacks management that thinks about international guests. It is in the details that this hotel loses its way, for example, there are no sweeteners at breakfast; the toaster needs to be programmed and only has the option in Japanese, and this is just one example. In short, a very local mindset for someone who serves global guests. The restaurant is also not very good, both for breakfast and dinner (the food is not tasty).
Don’t came here, for the price you pay you are treated as a second class citizen.
