The room was clean in a general sense and was quiet. However, they clearly had a mold problem, we killed a cockroach our second day and they did not inform us that they were renovating. And as such there was no food put out. Overall, ok place to crash, would not recommend any longer than one night due to the mold and mildew.

Room was dirty. Toilet seat broken, wall hanging clothes hanger falling off wall. Haging Bedside night stand falling off wall. Hotel smells like a Marijuana factory. Bugs in room. Terrible place. Best Western should be ashamed having their name attached to the place.

Stay anywhere else, the property is under construction, nothing is clean, hallway lights shine in around the door, lighting up the room at night, and the list goes on, I am not impressed and won’t stay there again.

They have bad roaches & don’t care first room they showed me had someone clothes garbage and dirty second room had mass roaches , no free breakfast even if I wouldn’t eat there no way , pregnant lady was screaming down hallway about the roaches @3am , no front desk people they talk to you on a kiosk and come outta nowhere give u dirty towels and blanket the pic online is not the pic that’s on safari this is a scam

Hotel hall reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. Paint was peeling everywhere. My room floor was sticky, the bathroom door didn’t fit in the frame so didn’t close all the way. Bathtub was very slippery during a shower. Outside doors were not secure - did not close all the way. Breakfast room was not clean and toaster didn’t work. I will NEVER stay here again! Check in was confusing and not user friendly.

I wish I could attach pictures. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THE PICTURES, IT LOKLS NOTHING LIKE IT IN PERSON. We had to leave and go to another hotel (which I have never done in my whole life) because this place was literally a health and safety risk. The carpet "molding" along the bottom was peeled off and there was a hole in the wall, place was very dirty including hair on the bed. The headboard and nightstands looked like they were going to come off the wall. The air conditioner was so dirty, it likely had us breathing black mold. Additionally there was a very odd, horrible smell that instantly gave a migraine. This looked like. A slumlord apartment. They also have a person on a screen as the receptionist telehealth. They said they would issue a refund when we left tan hour after we checked in, but they REFUSED to approve it through hotels.com. Do not stay here, I was fooled.

Check in was on a virtual meeting. The attendant said that the room we reserved was not available, so they would give us a different room. When we went to the room we were given, it was filthy. There were dirty towels and trash laying all over the bathroom, the beds were unmade and dirty, and the lights in the room didn't work. The floors were dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. I didn't stay to check any other details, but the room had a musty smell and the hallway to the room was also dirty. We went immediately back to the lobby to request a refund and explain the condition of the room. The attendant refused to issue a refund. We ended up leaving the property without staying; we literally slept in our car instead of at this hotel. We will dispute the charges with our bank to receive a refund. I would give this property a zero out of five if I could.

Not sure who gave them such good star ratings cause their rooms need some help and leave a lot to be desired as many items to fix… edging around floor falling off, tons of nicks on the wall that could use a retouch of fill and paint. Bathroom faucet moved when turning on water. Toilet is so low that I thought I was a kindergartener so my bad knees really got a work out. In the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down. Bed frame or mattress (or both) moved when sitting on the bed. I do applaud they are trying to fix it up but just the small things to correct would help; like removing the paint off the toilet paper holder and doing a better job of blending in the spots of drywall and paint they fixed. Needless to say I will not stay there again.

The staff was no staff. It was a kiosk machine with a video chat to communicate with a guy on a screen. The hallway smelled like mold should have been our first sign. The stair tread was falling off and some missing. The carpets looked like they have never been vacuumed, food crumbs and dirty q-tips. Trash all down the hallways. For whatever reason we kept walking to our room hoping for the best possible outcome, thinking to ourselves we get what we pay for. Walking into the room the carpet was fraying and missing chunks, room smelled like death. There was a cockroach staring me in the eyes from the middle of the bed. I was trying to make my husband take a picture so we could request a refund, the cockroach took off but as I swivel my head there was another waiting beside me on the dresser. Needless to say we never let our stuff touch the ground or anything in the room we spedwalked all the way back to the kiosk man and demanded a refund he swore he was giving us one. We have yet to receive one and anyone we contact about this refund states the room was non-fundable. Do not be like us and try to save a dollar!!! Go to a hotel with good reviews and clean rooms. Stay as far away from Welcome Inn as possible. Also the name outfront says SureStay not Welcome Inn. This hotel would be called the Cockroach Inn!
