Overall, my stay had a few positives, but unfortunately, several issues made it an experience I wouldn’t repeat. I arrived late after a 12-hour drive, and the front desk staff were kind and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, once I got to the room, I was disappointed to find the bed sheets stained. Since I was exhausted, I didn’t inspect the rest of the suite as thoroughly as I normally would.
Throughout the night, the guests in the room next door were extremely loud until around 3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. The noise was so disruptive that it frightened my dog — it sounded more like a fight than anything else, but it turned out to be loud intimacy.
The next morning, I spoke with the front desk staff who advised me to reach out to the general manager. I attempted to do so multiple times, but my calls went unanswered and even my voicemail was ignored. Frustrated, I decided to check out early. As I was loading up my car, the same neighbors had their TV blaring and were cooking seafood, which only reinforced my decision to leave.
While I do appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly — a big plus — the overall experience was not one I would want to repeat.
