The staff (front desk person) was amazing. She did her best to accommodate us after we discovered bed bugs in our room. We had been traveling all day and we were all exhausted. She went out of her way for us. Unlike her hotelanager who merely argued over the fact that no possible way could there be ned bigs in her hotel. We swept 3 rooms including our, ALL OF THEM HAD BED BUGS. Finally, we swept a room upstairs, opposite side of the building. No bugs. By then the hotel manager was on-site inspecting rooms. She had a short conversation with my daughter, basically calling her a liar. Not one time did she come to us with an apology for the inconvenience! Not in person, not by phone, nor email. Any good manager would have! Any good manager would comped the room for the incredible inconvenience or at least give SOME sort of refund. But hey, she couldn't even muster up an apology, which only fit her poor management skills to not offer anything at all! The front desk staffer acted more as a manager should than the actual manager (OF 12 YEARS), as she made it a pointe it being known. Even if we had been mistaken, the fact of how the manager handled it was extremely poor!
