The condo was not available. No one bothered to tell us that until we were there over an hour trying to figure out what was going on (10pm arrival). Locked out, no email instructions. Finally got through to owner of condo luckily by phone # on listing, to be told a mistake had been made by management co. and an alternative location could be provided instead. We split 4 nights between 2 rooms (unpack/pack/unpack) and no one bothered to provide internet to us on check in, had to ask multiple people for internet the second day to finally get a sim card egg for the apt that was pretty much useless. Zero compensation given for the fiasco, some spa was offered, but not followed through on with us. Mistakes happen but this outfit really didn't care to make amends in any way for their sloppiness. Have no idea what the condo looks like as we never got past the locked door in the empty lobby of where we were supposed to, and paid to stay.
