Our room itself was decent. Beds were comfy, shower had hot water, and we could have our dog with us. The room was mostly clean, the floors were passable. I wondered though if this whole section of this hotel we stayed in was the dog friendly part and therefore not the cleanest…the hallway and stairway carpets, windows and even the doors to rooms were dirty. On the first floor, it looked like the carpets had dried concrete all over them, and it was smeared over several doors. I don’t know if the other section of the hotel was better, it might have been if not dog friendly. We were staying just a night to sleep while traveling through so it was doable, but the cost was more than I’ve paid for staying at other similar places that were at least clean. Also, ironically, the sign out front says super clean! Front desk staff was was really nice. If you’re only staying for one night to just sleep and leave the next morning and don’t mind spending over $100 then it’s fine.
