We had an excellent stay and were genuinely surprised by the décor, ambience, and overall quality of the hotel—especially since my only previous experience with a Best Western (not a premier) in the U.S. felt more like a pay-by-the-hour motel, so I was very apprehensive going in. This property completely changed my perception.
The hotel is beautifully designed: modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are spacious, the pillows incredibly comfortable, and the towels wonderfully soft. Breakfast opens early, which was perfect for our schedule, and the spread was generous and tasty.
The staff were fantastic across the board. A special thank-you to Effie at the tourist desk, who helped us book the perfect two-day safari at a great price. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process seamless. We also want to give a shoutout to all the front desk staff and everyone throughout the hotel for their warmth and professionalism.
We also really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach—glass water bottles, refillable toiletries, and minimal plastic use. I also loved that they not only provide soap and shampoo, but also lotion, hair conditioner and cotton buds! It’s clear they’ve made a thoughtful effort toward sustainability.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return (well, we actually did).
