The staff is outstanding.
On the surface it's a nice place.
I tried 3 different rooms. 1-3-4th floors The water pressure is not very reliable on any floor On the 4th fl. You can hear the water pipes banging. Quite annoying
No soundproofing between rooms. You can hear your neighbors.
I noticed sloppy maintenance. Paint drips on the tv. Missing kick board pieces.
3rd FL room had a light drain smell in the bathroom.
In all it's a nice place. It just requires better maintenance and room upkeep. Room quality should improve.
I've found the same issues in Turkiye, Greece, Japan and Dubai. The lobby looks great. The rooms are not up to standard. Price points are not being met.
