When we arrived, we were given a room that was not the same as the one we had paid for. The desk attendant indicated that she had had the issue before where the room booked through hotels.com or another third party didn’t match what was booked on the Marriot system, but made no effort to adjust the room or assist us. As you pass the front desk and make your way toward the rooms there is a damp, musky smell that increases as you get further into the building. We were on the top floor at the end of the hallway and it was pretty strong. Thankfully, you could not smell this odor in the room and it seemed to be isolated to the hallways. The room, itself, was spacious, but the bathroom was clearly missed in the last servicing, as there was a layer of dust and hairs in the shower. Overall, wouldn't stay again, but it was fine for the night.
