It was a terrible experience. First of all, we book a room form 5 members of the family, and It didn“t have enough beds for 5. Just 2 queens. I have 3 teenagers. I had to complain and they move us to a similar room, but with a sofa that converts in a bed.
Then cleanness of the room. The first day, they didn“t clean the room. The second day, it appear that they did the bed, but they took out all the towels, and didn“t replace them. We have to call the reception to get the towels. The 3 day, we arrive at night, and the elevetor wasn“t functioning, so we have to use the stairs to the 7th floor. When we arrived we didn“t have toilet paper, we tried to call the reception, and the telephone wasn“t working, I had to look for the telephone in the app of hoteles.com, to call from my cell to the reception and ask for the toilet paper. Because we didnt“ want to go back to the reception desk and got the toilet paper because the elevators weren“t out of service.
But yes, they brought the toiltet paper at 1:30am in the morning, waking me at that hour.
Yes the pillows were comfortable also the beds, but the general experience wasn“t a good one.
