We stayed for one night in Prague. The hotel has good transport connections and the room itself was perfectly fine.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff at reception and at breakfast seemed unmotivated and not particularly helpful. Questions were answered, but often rather reluctantly. The only exception was the housekeeping team, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
The self-service check-in is a good idea in principle, but the process is far too complicated and not intuitive enough. Entering all the required information took much longer than necessary. If a hotel chooses this concept, the process should be as simple and efficient as in many Japanese hotels. What made it even more frustrating was seeing several apparently underoccupied staff members standing around the combined bar/reception area while guests struggled with the machines.
The biggest problem, however, was breakfast, especially when coach tour groups were staying at the hotel. The organisation seemed completely overwhelmed: far too few seats, not enough crockery and a generally chaotic atmosphere.
Overall, the hotel was acceptable for one night, but based on our experience, we would not recommend it.
