Infestation!!
Me and my familyās stay here was horrible!! There wasnāt many options for breakfast, the pool was out of commission, the AC in the lobby and hallways didnāt work, and they have an infestation of roaches. We found a bunch of little roaches all in our bathroom and when we notified the front desk Kim (front desk) said she would have someone come spray. When we got back to our room that same night we noticed nobody came to spray and nobody came for room service. We were out of rags, towels, and toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk for all of that then when we asked for it we were asked to bring all the dirty ones and they would replace them. The next day we found another roach that was bigger then the rest, so we again went to the front desk to about it and wanted a refund and that we were going to find another hotel to stay at. After we said that, Kim (front desk) said we wouldnāt be able to get a refund that she could just give us another room. That same night we moved to a different room that was on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd we found another roach crawling on the clock about to go into my daughterās baby formula. Kim (front desk) was rude, disregarded everything we said, and doesnāt seem to care that yall have an infestation!! She treated to kick us out because we kept coming complaining about it because they were NOT doing another about it. Customer service is terrible!! Will NOT stay here or recommend for anyone. I will be contacting corporate.

You get what you pay for
The carpets looked like they had been installed in the 1970ās and hadnāt been cleaned since. I asked for two rooms for two adults. The lady behind the desk told me I only had one room for two adults. However, in fairness, once I showed my receipt, she gave me a second room. The hotel room on itself wasnāt bad, but Iāve had better.
Long story short: you get what you pay for here.

Horrible hotel. Don't go
Filthy. Carpet was disgusting. 3 of the buttons in the elevator didn't work. Someone had peed in the elevator. Roaches. Internet didn't work. Would have left except my 6 yo granddaughter was exhausted. 3rd smelled like weed

Itās ok
Iām in the process of moving coming from Florida and Charolette was the half way point for me. I was traveling with my dog as well. Upon entering the hotel staff was very friendly and the lobby was nice. Getting to my room thoughā¦. The door was jammed, took several tries to get into and the room smelled like pee. I understand other folks having dogs too, but it was heavy smelling. I had to go buy an air freshener to help with the smell. Also, there was no control over the AC. It stayed on 74 and was super stuffy. The buttons wouldnāt let me adjust the temp at all. I feel like if you donāt have a pet, you may have a different experience, but even though this was affordable including the pet fee of $25, the carpets need to be cleaned or the room aired out or something. Overall, it was a safe place to lay my head though

LaQuinta did the Job!
Arrived at this hotel for a weekend celebration and used the airport shuttle round trip. Very convenient. Took advantage of the breakfast offered as well daily. One of the elevators was not working properly and the front desk male agent reported not having access to the password for the computer in the lobby business center while there. Unable to use computer due to this problem. Don't offer a business center if you can't give your customers access.

Donāt think Iād stay here again
The room was updated. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the rest of the hotel is very dated. The carpets are sticky and dirty. The smells in the halls are terrible and the breakfast barely had anything to choose from.

Rude front desk
I called the hotel directly to see if they had a shuttle service. I was in need at the airport. The Front desk was not at all professional and he answer the phone with āyeah hold onā. . after about 12 minutes, he came back on the line. I told him. I needed a shuttle to be picked up. He said it was past the shuttle hours of operation. Nowhere on their website does it say they have certain hours for shuttling. He was very combative when I asked for a refund since I obviously wasnāt going there because I had no way and their shuttles werenāt running, his response was youāll get your money back and he hung up on me.

Don't do it!
The woman at the front desk who checked me and was lovely and was handling a very long line. The hotel itself was horrible.I've never stayed in a hotel so dirty, in my whole life i will never return for a stay there

Staff effectively dealt with noise issue
The staff did an outstanding job of immediately and effectively dealing with ridiculous noise (loud music, yelling, etc) from a young couple staying near us. We made one complaint at about 11:00pm, the lady behind the front desk was at their room before I could even get back to my room, and we didnāt hear a peep from them the rest of the night into the morning. The hotelās appearance is dated, but budget hotels - especially those near an airport - are what they are and - in all the ways that really matter - the staff made our stay great.
