When we first arrived, check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was very friendly, but that’s where the good experience ended. After going out for food, we came back and my daughter wanted to swim. When she asked for pool towels, the woman at the desk was rude and handed her very small towels. The pool area itself was in awful shape — dirty water full of leaves, no chlorine running, and only a couple of jets in the hot tub worked. The concrete looked poorly patched and neglected.
Later that night we tried to pull out the sofa bed for my daughter, but it had no sheets, was ripped, and covered in stains. It was so bad she ended up sleeping in our bed. The in-room TV was tiny and outdated, especially for what we paid. We expected better quality for the higher price.
Breakfast offered more variety than some motels, but the food wasn’t good and didn’t make up for everything else. When we checked out and mentioned the issues to the manager, he didn’t seem to care at all — like he already knew and didn’t plan to fix it.
Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Between the dirty pool, broken sofa bed, and poor management, it’s not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone until they make serious improvements.
