Hotel was basic. The check in took a while because they are so slow and only have 1-2ppl at the front desk with a butt load of ppl checking in/out and needing other assistance. They don’t even give you the full run down of the amenities and location of everything when checking in. Two sets of elevators and with each set, there’s two elevators to which one was out of order every other day. Elevators were a long wait each and every single time. Room appeared to be clean but found strands of hair everywhere. Only two sets of towels in the room for a family of 5 checking in… stains on the couch, chair, and scratches on the walls and stationary furniture. It took several minutes to figure out how to open the sliding balcony door only to finally figure out it was raggedy and had to put full force into sliding the door. The hotel is right on the side of the loudest and busiest beach bar Clayton’s. Noise noise noise! All day all night! LOUD music at that! The pool was nice, access to the beach through the beach bar and grill was a nice touch. Parking is horrendous! You leave out past 8pm guaranteed you’ll be parking in the overflow parking lot which is across the street. Overall the stay was very mid.
