Staff was very nice, Mr Patel did a great job of welcoming us into the hotel. However, our check-in time on our e-mail stated 2pm, so we arrived about 3:30pm that day to come to our room being wide opened and just now being cleaned. We advised the cleaning lady that this was our room, and she went to find Mr Patel, and he said it would be about 20-30 mins before it was cleaned. Kind of a bummer since we had driven for a long time and I just needed to rest. So we went to Walmart a few exits down, came back an hour later and it was ready.
Not so many things to watch on TV while you were there, the water pressure of the shower was 10/10 the best thing there. The hair dryer did not work at all. The complimentary breakfast was coffee, juice, muffin, cereal and waffles with no syrup, butter or anything for them. Very disappointed at that.
Getting to the hotel was a bit of a pain, since there isn't a direct entrance and you have to go through the Chevron that is there to get to the hotel. There are a few pot holes getting around the building, but other than that it was clean.
Only other issue that we had was getting clean towels, as the towels that were provided to us while we were gone didn't look like they were cleaned at all. Mr Patel jumped right on that and provided us with new ones.
Wasn't a horrible stay, I would say 6/10.
