Absolutely TERRIBLE! We checked in on a Thursday, the "manager" was VERY clear that this is a no smoking property and asked us if we smoked. We don't so no big deal. We get up the elevator, which had dead bugs in the fixtures, and a foul smell hits my nose from the 2nd floor hallway, my partner didn't smell it so I tried to ignore it. As soon as we unlock the door, we notice a lingering smell of cigarettes in the bathroom and cigarette burns in the sheets. We let the front desk know so we can keep our deposit. Friday morning we get up and go downstairs at 6:15a as breakfast was served from 6a-9a. The sausage and eggs were left uncovered, were almost frozen and the orange juice was spoiled. The night "manager" was sitting on the couch just scrolling on his phone not paying attention to anything and didn't seem too concerned about his food being spoiled and frozen. We had somewhere to be so we didn't bring up our concerns until later that afternoon with a different staff member. When I came back from running errands, I went up stairs and tried to open my door but my key card was not working so I went downstairs and talked to the staff who continued to imply that I was lying to them when I told them that the key card never touched the back of my phone because they were in separate pockets the whole day so it was impossible for them to touch. She informed me that because I booked online through Expedia she could not issue a refund and they declined to provide a refund as well.
