Idk whete to start....even though our rooms were done. They didnt allow anyome to check in until 4pm which cause the line to become long ams had every one waiting over an hr to check in before another receptionist came out to help! Alot of guest showed up at the sametime it was a disaster! Then we get to our room and tv was busted with lines through it. We called down to front desk and before I could finish. They cut me off and said someone will be up there, then hung up in my ear! All of this happened over Valentines weekend! The maintence man came and gave me two options switch rooms or swap tvs. We were already comfortable and unpacked so I told him swap tvs, he never came back. The next day the head maintenance guy came to check on the situation. He saw the guy never came back and extended an apology and swapped out the tv for a new one. He was very nice! After preparing for our day, we notices scratch marks on our floor and a empty shampoo bottle in the shower. We ignored the scratch marks because we were just over it but we asked housekeeping and front desk to fill our body wash bottle and no one knew who did it let alone ever got it done! Three times I asked and they just brushed it off. Bad experience, staff with 0 care for their guest....I will never go back to that hotel again
