This has the potential of being an excellent hotel, however it feels like management/owners don’t care anything about making a positive guest experience. My husband was undergoing medical treatment so we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days. We needed a quiet place for him to recover but this hotel was not quiet at all. Doors were slamming and banging all day and night long. You could hear people talking out in the halls from your room. Loud music was playing in the lobby which could be heard from our room. I think the owners should try to get a restful nights sleep in this hotel!
Rooms are nice and large, but one elevator, one guest laundry washing machine, and two ice makers were out of order the entire week. No signs of them even attempting to have them fixed. Also, the entrance door closest to our room the key card was not working. I mentioned this to the front desk a few times and they said maintenance was aware and working on it, however it was still not working when we left.
I would love to stay at this hotel again if there was some improvement with how the property was maintained.
