Service was poor. When checking in no one was staffing the front desk. While standing there (5+ minutes) several employees walked by and ignored us. I knew they were employees because they were wearing name tags!! Finally a cleaning staff saw us and immediately greeted us found someone to assist us.I expect better from Hyatt.
I had contacted the hotel and made arrangements for an early check in. The staff checking us in insisted that we be charged for early check in. I expect better from Hyatt.
Additionally, it was apparent that the toilet had an issue in our room as it still contained evidence of an issue. I had to contact the staff to fix the issue. I expect better from Hyatt.
