4/10 - Razoável

I checked in on April 3rd, arriving in Taiwan early in the morning at around 5 a.m. During the check-in process, the front desk staff provided good service overall. However, there was one female staff member on the mid-shift, who appeared to be relatively slim, whose attitude towards guests was extremely poor.
When I encountered an issue and requested assistance with changing rooms, her explanation was unclear and difficult to understand. As I could not fully comprehend what she meant, I politely asked her to explain it again. However, her response was unprofessional and unpleasant.
Instead of clarifying, she directly asked another staff member to explain the situation. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. This was particularly disappointing given that we had just arrived from Europe after a long journey and were still affected by jet lag. Under such circumstances, a basic level of courtesy and patience should be expected.
I simply asked her to repeat the explanation—was that really such a difficult request? In addition, she repeatedly insisted that we pay an additional fee, even though we were not staying for just one night, but for a total of six consecutive nights.
I believe that this staff member’s service quality needs improvement, and I strongly recommend that your hotel provide further training and make the necessary adjustments.
