Hot tub broken, which is THE reason we booked this property. Secondarily, we booked FOR a KING bed. They had a king bed w a bathtub , which would have helped for the non working hot tub at the pool, but they would not give us that room unless we paid $60 more. To a customer service way of thinking, as the property did NOT live up to expectations, you should give the customer the king bed WITH the bathtub to offset the lack of the pool/hot tub, the REASON for which the booked your hotel at no extra charge. They were rude and unaccommodating when they could have been, as the hotel was NOT sold out. We had to change rooms as the 1st was unclean-the room we were given was dirty, dusty and had broken curtains and stains Very unsatisfactory, yet, the manager, who we appealed to twice, did not care to make it right. Do NOT stay here. Use the Quality inn a mile north.
