Days Inn Auburn, WA

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent. Property was next to the Auburn Airport, so a bit noisy. Property is a bit dated, but the excellent price reflects that. My husband had a fall in the bathroom and staff helped him up. That was wonderful! Plenty of parking, light breakfast.

Overall the worst days inn I have ever stayed in

The motel was on the cheaper and so I wasn't expecting much to begin with but it definitely was worse than I ever expected upon entering the room immediately I noticed the walls were covered in stains the blankets had stains and the towels had stains I had assumed since there was so many stains that it was obviously documented I assumed this is how the whole place was and I just got what I paid for but not only was I treated it poorly by staff I had booked online and paid for the room online when I got there I didn't realize the $100 deposit wasn't covered I had arrived 30 minutes earlier than my husband who happened to have our money with him to which I informed the hotel employee handling my reservation of the situation and that my husband was 30 minutes out everything seemed okay so I went to the seating area in the lobby to wait not even 10 minutes in the front desk person said we can just cancel your reservation because this is private property and you can't just sit here and wait even though we had already paid for our stay I was only waiting on my husband to bring the deposit which they were informed of already and we're okay with not even 10 minutes prior I told him no I can't cancel it and I walked across the street to wait then at checkout my deposit was kept because they said the towels head stains the towels were white to start off and we use them for their intended purpose nothing crazy they may have been a little discolored from normal use

Horrible, charged me day of stay instead of next day than a 100 dollar hold on top of it. Front gal was rude when i asked questions. Dismal shower and brrakfast was a joke for a almost 200 dollar stay. stale food, milk frozen, yogurt left out with no ice.

We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care client at all!!

Nice, BUT

1) the bed was ok, but the metal shield that was at the edge of the bed was too close to the edge and too noisy if you hit it 2) the floor has settled, and the drawer to the very nice chest would not stay shut. but the maintenance man got me two shims which you see, and the drawers stayed shut like they should 3) ANTS - your office staff wanted to spray for ants. I've been in pest control and YOU CANNOT SPRAY FOR ANTS !!!!!!! They walk across it and are not affected. we bought and bait and the ants were gone in 3 days. please teach your people how to treat these pests !!

Not great but works in a pinch.

We ended up at this hotel last minute because our first one was much much worse! This hotel was not all bad but was nothing like its pictures. Itā€™s right next to a very noisy casino and small airport. So be aware of that. Friday night was ok, Iā€™m used to trains so plane donā€™t bother me that much, but Saturday night casino blasting music out there back patio which goes all through the hotel not so great!! 2 small pillows and no help or care to even offer more! Thumbs down!! Toilet was terrible and hardly worked right. They did not clean the room between nights ( we stayed 2 nights) so our trash was full and we ran out of toilet stuff and tissues.

This place was afwul. The manager is surly, changed prices while we were standing there, the rooms had clearly been smoking rooms and they tried to mask the smell with something, and had not had the sheets changed in quite a while. We refused to stay and they agreed to refund our fees without a cancellation fee. Thats how bad it was

TERRIBLE avoid at all costs

The room was a S##t Hole. It was dirty, lights were missing or not even there. No hot water. Walls and everything thing around it was mated up. I mean this place was terrible. I asked for some money back and was shut down immediately let alone it was difficult to understand the deal clerk. I have literally seem better prison cells. I will be contacting Wyndham

Defiantly not as advertised. It's a Days Inn so I wasn't expecting it to be amazing, but I didn't expect it to be so sad. Also, no one told me where the complimentary breakfast was. When I tried to get 2 pillows I had to keep asking until I finally got an employee willing to go get them for me.

Run down building, run down room, loud people partied outside their rooms each night, smell of pot outside every night, pool cemented in and old mattresses piled up in pool area, old air conditioners piled up around the building. We checked out a whole day early and asked for a discount of the days we did stay and a refund for the one whole day we didnā€™t stay. Clerk said we had to get our money back from Hotels.com who we booked through.

Stayed in hostel better than this Place

Iā€™ve been going to days inn for many years now, whether itā€™s with family or the many teams I coached soccer. After this stay, it will be my last. It was my first time using a days in the America. Went with my family and needed two rooms Prior to booking I called to ask about damage deposit. I was told that I would only have to give deposit for one since both booking were under my name. When I got there I was told differently and end up paying for both. Not a big deal but not the way I wanted to start there. When we got to our rooms, bed looked nice and actually was comfy but other than that . The place was out of date and run down. There were stains on the wall, they had a little cabinet where I believe a fridge use to be rip out. Loose nails. I have a 2 year old with us. Had to keep him away constantly from it. All the chairs had rips in them. Fire alarm did not look liked it worked. This place offered breakfast, bread tasted like it was days old. When you took a shower , you either have hot water or not. Seem like hot water ran out if people are taking showers up stairs. Garbage bin was overflowing and it was front of my room. Being a tourist, I did not know it was beside a private hangar(airport).
