I booked a double queen bed room #404, with a friend for a week. Before I arrived, I messaged the hotel and made sure they were pet-friendly, and they got back with me in a timely manner and let me know that they put me into a pet-friendly room. The room was stocked with body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, lots of towels, tissue, and had clean sheets with no stains. I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars to the amazing staff! They are professional, kind, hard working, and helpful. They kept the lobby clean and smelling nice, breakfast every morning, and were available whenever 24-7. I always came back from a long day apartment hunting/touring, to my bed made and fresh clean towels. The reason I give 3 stars is because the whole building beeds a major upgrade. The carpet was outdated, the lamp shade was old and dented with marks all over it. The shower curtain would not stay closed. The shower curtain rod is curved causing the curtain to slide back to the middle leaving the the sides open (the magnets inside the shower curtain didnt help at all). The curtain on the window doesn't close all the way either. The curtain rails are short on both sides, leaving just the sheer curtains exposed in the middle. Sheer curtains do not block the bright morning sun out of your eyes when you first wake up. The lamp was flickering on and off. Our chargers wouldn't stay plugged in the wall under the lamps next to the bed. Because of the staff, I would book again.
