Avoid at all costs.
This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
Check-in was a mess. The receptionist was completely uninterested, unhelpful, and didn’t give any proper instructions, no explanation of amenities, layout, or anything useful.
Breakfast was listed and advertised, but there was no breakfast at all. When asked, the front desk blamed “logistics issues” and said the truck didn’t arrive. No apology, no alternative, no compensation.
There is no elevator, which is not clearly communicated, great surprise if you’re carrying luggage.
The room itself was unacceptable. Bedsheets were not clean and smelled foul. Towels were stained. The room didn’t have enough toiletries or towels to begin with.
We called the front desk for fresh towels—no one ever showed up. Tried using the intercom, which did not work at all. Staff support was essentially nonexistent.
Overall, poor hygiene, broken communication, misleading amenities, and apathetic staff. This place fails at the absolute basics of hospitality. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
