Check-in took forever. New girl who started was nice but very frazzled. Hotel management did not keep copying paper stocked so she couldn't do her job sufficiently (not her fault). Heard someone say something about the water. A few hours later there was no hot water for a shower. Front desk said it was the cities fault. I inquired why we weren't informed there was a problem when we arrived. They said sorry but it wasn't their fault. I asked if they would be compensating us or reimbursing us for the inconvenience and currently no response to that question. I will be contacting corporate myself. As far as I know the city may provide the water but the hotel should have the adequate systems in place to heat the water. Out of the 3 or 4 other times we've stayed here this stay was not acceptable under any standards of hospitality.
