I went to Monarch for a short mommy staycation gift from my husband to visit the spa and get some R&R. Every staff member I came in contact with was helpful, gracious and well trained. That being said, there was an issue with the credit card machines at check in that caused about a 1/2 hour wait. Then, I got to my room and my keys didn’t work. Then, tried to call the front desk and my phone didn’t work. Even though I had multiple problems on check in, I’d still highly recommend based on the overall customer service, beauty, quality of food and drink and the spa was a must visit.
