In the last few months, I have stayed at many different Hilton hotels. I was looking forward to staying at the Embassy Suites. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, the stains on the sofa, the filthy vent in the shower, the sticky handles on the closet and the room needs an update. I didn’t check into the room until later in the day, due to circumstances beyond my control. And after a long day, I certainly did not want to stay in a dingy dirty room, especially considering what I paid. I will be traveling again to San Luis Obispo many more times over the next 2 years, but I will not stay there again. Also, the wait times to refill items at the breakfast buffet was to the point, where I stopped waiting…whether it was waiting for bacon, sausage or even oatmeal. I wasn’t the only one who was tired of waiting and walked away.
