My family and I stayed at the Tropicana in Atlantic City from June 16th-19th, our room was not as clean as we would have liked it to be , the shower curtain liner had mold all over it , the table that the phone sits on had stains on it, the TV didn't work and we had to contact the front desk which was difficult because you can not call , you have to scan a qr code to try to reach the front desk, what do they have phones in the rooms for? and the rooms are very outdated , the beds were on a wooden slate that slides all over the place , not to mention that we stayed in the Chelsea tower which meant our walk from the check in station to our room was the longest walk i have ever experienced in a hotel , dragging our luggage through all those long hallways , escalators and elevators was a nightmare , I would never stay at the Tropicana again , I never expected this , the restaurants and stores are very nice but to stay never again .
