When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response.
When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely unacceptable. Your logistical issues should not be transferred to the guests.
As a result, we were forced to spend our first night without bed linen or towels, sleeping in unfamiliar duvets, despite having paid for this service in advance. This level of service is far below what can reasonably be expected.
The following day, bed linen was delivered for only one bed and still no towels. We immediately contacted you again to point this out. Since then, we have received no response at all, which we consider unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
