I was going to stay 2 nights but checked out first thing in morning. The first room was smoked in , not clean and the plumbing under the vanity was not up to code. The door needed a shove to close properly.
The front staff was understanding and we got a little better room but on the second floor.
There is no security doors to get in the hallways with key. The fire doors did not shut properly and trash barrels were in corridors .I assume to catch rain water or plumbing leaks.
The lobby carport had been badly damaged recently. Outside looked bad but nothing loose or laying about but the plaster in the hallway inside had fallen from a support column was on the floor.
The outside of all entrance doors had trash and cigarette butts.
This was by far the worst rooms and lack of security of any hotel I have ever booked thru Hotels.com Baymount as a brand has dropped the ball with this property.
