The room was clean, however, the exterior was not. Covered parking and stairwells smelled of urine. There were many folks that apparently lived there. There was a car that was parked in the lot with flat tires and dirt around the wheels indicating that the car hadn't been moved in weeks.
The pool was somewhat larger than a postage stamp, but wasn't used the entire week I stayed.
Although the room was clean, it was run down. The tub had chips that could have cut a person bathing in it.
On the fourth morning of my stay, an indigent person was found in the covered parking area. I don't know if the person died or not, but was certainly not responsive to police or EMS.
I felt safe enough staying there, but my family never would.
On the plus side, there was a police station on the other side of Magnolia St.
