This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time.. They told me their elevator had broken earlier in the day and that they tried to reach me but hotels. Com didn't provide a phone number. The only rooms they had were on the third floor. So they credited us for half the price of the room. We found out the next morning from one of the housekeeping staff that the elevator had been broke for 3 months!! There were some small issues in the room like a torn shower curtain, a tissue box that was empty and an empty roll of toilet paper. But even more disappointing was the breakfast. Breakfast was till 10. We waited till about ,9 to eat because after we ate we were going to be leaving rather than walking up and down three flights of stairs an extra time. But despite there being an hour left of breakfast, there was nothing left. Plates and forks needed to be filled. The eggs , orange juice, syrup etc was empty. There was .one or two bagels, one piece of sausage, etc. it was really sad!
