When I checked in, your front desk staff did not follow the rules and accepted the customer who cut in line first, which was very unprofessional. I complained to the female manager at the time, but in the end, there was no feedback. I'm sorry, but I think it would be better to investigate internally whether there was such a movement, although the situation should have been understood by checking the CCTV recording. I'm not good at expressing myself in English, but in my 25 years of living in Japan, I have never seen such an unprofessional front desk staff, so this is a sad episode of my trip to Sydney.
