Hi there, I am looking for Andy. I checked in last night (late Wednesday night/early Thursday) around 12:30 am local time. Kris was very helpful in getting me checked in and settled. What followed however was not acceptable. We went to room 16, and it was absolutely filthy. The sheets (see pictures) were very dirty and gross. I had to ask myself, would anyone from management want themselves or their family to stay here tonight? The smell was not good. The bathroom walls were filthy. The baseboards were not clean. It was honestly so unpleasant I called 8 different hotels to see if there were any other options at 1am. After having everything else booked, I stayed. It was such a disappointing experience after a long day of air travel from out of state. I can deal with a dated hotel, but this was absolutely unacceptable with filthy sheets and not clean room. I would request a full refund for the nights stay and that will be the end of it. Otherwise, I will be writing a full detailed Google Review, Yelp, Hotel.com, and other content on social media. To be charged an outrageous rate for such a terrible experience is just disappointing. Kris was very helpful and kind so please thank him for his support. I will be waiting to hear back. Wish I were there.

Made over motel not Days Inn quality. We are elders and carrying an even small suitcase up outdoor steps was unexpected. Breakfast was not offered here. These 2 realities without prior knowledge created a negative reaction. This property, even if clean, does not feel like it is. This motel was not truthful of its condition. The 3rd party also did not give information of the reality.

Misleading photos

No food options at all, when we arrived they told us they would not have breakfast. Rooms were dirty, stains in the carpet/ iron boards/ towels had stains on the/ mold in the bathroom/ holes in ceiling

The thresh hole to the bathroom has sheet metal screws, my granddaughter cut her foot first thing. Water temp not exceptable , I complained and he said, oh it's hot. Barely Luke warm. Lamp on night stand doesn't turn off. The plug has no out let cover. Pool shut down. I will be giving bad feedback on Google with pictures.

The walls were dirty, the carpet disgusting, the bathroom door was delaminating, the outlets were loose, the curtains were in disrepair & falling down, the linnens were stained, the striker plate for the door was falling off, the AC unit was overheating, the furniture was peeling, the faucey was loose and plumbed backwards, the toilet bolts were broken, the shower curtain had black smeared fingerprints on it. Until this property gets a massive face lift, stay far away. The only redeeming quality was the person workung when we checked in - he was incredibly kind.

I found a dead cockroach on the floor. The linens were stained. The furniture was old and in disrepair. The clerk tried hard to find better accommodations, but there weren’t any.

Awful stay here for one night Hairs on sheets stain blankets and pilloes. Lamps falling off, no plate on plugs on the wall,old furniture,sticky tv remote ,no breakfast, they said there was coffe pot in the room.. HOTEL.COM...do not recommend this hotel to anyone..js

I dont think this place should be on Expedia, this is no-stars, unless I got the worst room in the place, this was a bad experience, and I paid $110 for it. Not sure why they charge $100 deposit, there's nothing you could do to that room to make it worse.

Couldn’t bolt lock the door. I wanted to stay 2 more hours. The owner sent me a link that’s says I had to pay $20 to stay up to 2 hours. I could T connect to the Internet, so, I went down to him. He said it was $20 to stay up to 12 noon. Oh well

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! They are false advertising their amenities and accommodations. Disgusting is an understatement. The rooms are not upkept at all. The sheets have ink stains, bedskirts are crusty dirty like never changed, dresser was dirty, carpet is old and thick with dirt, it is lifted from the floor and wrinkled, and sofa is grossly dirty. There is NO breakfast as advertised, and the pool is nowhere near as crystal clear as in the advertised pictures. I had to quickly book a different hotel because I couldn’t remain there with my family. Thankfully Expedia issued a full refund but person at lobby charged me a cleaning fee of $30 for a room that was already dirty and stuffy before I got there. I should’ve taken more pictures of the carpet but you can only imagine after seeing this dirty sofa. Do not trust the advertised pictures. Other than unfairly charging me a cleaning fee, the person was nice and understanding of me wanting to leave.

Perfect location! There’s a Seven Eleven, KFC, Burger King next door. Across the street from there is a shopping plaza with an Asian grocery store, Mexican restaurants (one you can play billiards at), Chinese restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants, a pizza place I didn’t get to try, retail shops, and other establishments. The room was comfortable, albeit it could use a facelift, and it felt clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were super comfortable as well. TV had premium movie channels, Fox News, CNN, etc. Plus, I didn’t have go far to light up a cigarette. The property manager said it was ok to step out of the room and light up right outside the room! Also, got a real good as well. I highly recommend this place!

I have never stayed at hotel that is in such poor, unkempt, dirty condition. The lights and outlets on the wall between the beds didn't work and were nearly falling out of the wall. The sheets and pillows smelled clean but the blankets/covers on top were visibly dirty. The walls were dirty. The door lock was loose and the door clearly did not fit well in the frame; when the door was closed you could clearly see an outline of light coming in. The bathroom was dirty.
