The included breakfast was ridiculous...apple or yogurt or a danish. You'd get better breakfast from a vending machine. COVID not an excuse.

Bugs in my room
There were three large bugs during our stay. At first I thought it was gross but a fluke. Then two more showed up on the wall and on my cup. They were roach type bugs. I told the front desk and was told the manager would contact me. No one did. I called and messaged the hotel and have never received a response.

Good price and staff.
Breakfast and general room condition was sub par. The thermostat was also fixed to minimum 65 which was still very hot somehow at night.

The hotel was fine, but the key wouldn't work. They changed it 3x before it finally worked. But the receptionist was nice throughout it

We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff super friendly rom impeccably clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Easy parking with lots of space which was great since we brought a small trailer. Very pet friendly. Just wish they had more breakfast options. But overall I would defy stay here again.

Our check in was good. The front counter gentleman was friendly. Our room was dirty, dusty and had a musty smell. The table leg was broken and there wasn't enough towels for showering. The to-go breakfast was lacking! No protein was even offered. When we woke up the next day the ceiling over one of the beds was caving in. I have stayed at this Hotel many times but I'm questioning on returning.

The beds were comfortable. Things in the room were moderately clean. There was a recliner. Microwave and fridge. The staff were friendly. It was fairly quiet and easy access for where I needed to go.
On the other hand, there was a rather large daylight leaking crack on the side of the door. The bathroom fan did not adequately handle the moisture of the shower or tub. The price was kind of high for very basic. The tv was difficult to get working. The bathroom was very cold and did not have adequate hooks for the towels, shampoo and conditioner for a room that sleeps four, or creamer included for the coffee. The bathroom counter, while attractive, is so deep that a short woman canāt get very close to the mirror for working on makeup. Thereās a great mirror out in the room, but the lighting for it is inadequate. The lobby felt unwelcoming and the grab and go breakfast cannot meet the needs of dairy free or gluten free guests. High sugar muffins, trix flavored yogurts. Just really subpar. With careful attention to detail, this could be a much better hotel. There were two small pillows on each queen bed. I personally sleep with three pillows. The tissues ran out after using only a few. The coffee pot was lightly coated with dust. There was a general feeling of dirty carpets throughout the hotel.
It certainly wasnāt horrible, but I did find it disappointing. Doesnāt come close to my favorite place in Seattle.
