Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was on the fifth floor not sure how the other rooms are, but the room is in desperate need of an update.
The bed and linens were very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Although these things are most important to me, because the rugs were old and old decor it felt dirty.
I cannot comment on breakfast. I only had cereal and coffee. Both were good. They seemed to have a decent amount of choices.
