Our first room has significant water damage, smelled moldy and had black mold on the ceiling. They were able to get another room but only after acting like they were booked. The second room was much better, but still had a very, very musty smell. The second day the key did not work in the evening and after standing out in the lobby, 15 minutes, waiting for the clerk to show up, we finally found him out in his car. He fixed the keys, but then disappeared again. The bedding was not changed like I asked it to be, but he was able to get me new sheets to put on myself. The next day, I did write a note to the housekeepers and they changed the bedding. Breakfast was subpar but at least there was waffles that the kids could eat. The washer was out of service so that was super inconvenient to have to make time to go to the laundromat. The outside doors that you were supposed to use your key card, opened without using your card and the pool was easily accessible to non-guests, both are huge safety issues!
