This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room they put us in was dirty and the bathtub faucet was broken. The hot water would not come on at all. The lights did not work. It was disgusting. They moved us to a room with water. The lights still didn’t work. Several things were broken. The receptionist came into our room at MIDNIGHT screaming and waking us from a dead sleep saying we didn’t belong there and needed to leave. I then reminded her she had moved our room herself to which she was like “oh yeah” and just turned around and left. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night terrified that whoever she tried to check into our room would come back in. Our keys did not work. I asked her to fix them and she asked me which room, I told her, then she just made the key without asking for id or confirming it was my room. Then it worked for only one single use. The balcony door would not lock. The elevator floor was rotting out. The ceiling tiles in the hall were missing. Honestly if you are looking for a trap house, you found it. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go back and will warn anyone I know to avoid it like the plague. I feel like I need a tetanus shot from that experience.
