We checked in for 4 nights and 5 days.
Upon checking in, the first room we were given was already occupied with other people. The second room…rips in the couch, dust all over the ceiling, some mysterious red stuff on one of the pillows and a blue streak on another, one of the light covers is stuck on with painters tape, the floors were sticky in spots, the lamp shade was stained, the sprinkler was separated from the ceiling, and cockroaches in the bathroom (we counted 16 in total). Their “continental breakfast” consisted of corn flakes, Cheerios, or a waffle. But hey - the bed was comfortable at least.
We were overall very disappointed with the quality of the room as it is a newer hotel (built in 2024) in a nicer area. Reviews on Booking and Expedia gave us hope; too bad we didn’t check Yelp before we checked in. Giving 1 star solely based on it being in a good area and the bed not being uncomfortable. Deducting the rest of the stars because, well, read all of the above.
