My stay was great, but I have found the Hotels.com website has absolutely no live customer service staff to help with booking errors or issues. I tried to resolve my issue before it became an issue, but they provide no telephone no. to customer service. I had to deal with the hotel staff to resolve my booking confirmation error. However, I had to pay for my room at the hotel, even though hotels.com received payment on booking. This took 2 more days to resolve somewhat. I was told I was granted a refund, but since being notified, I have yet to be refunded the duplicate payment for the room. The hotel has said it could take 5 days for my bank to process the refund.
