The rooms/halls are dated but spacious and comfortable at least. The AC in room doesn’t work very well, I would guess the thermostat’s 68° is more like actually 78°. It’s a very quiet hotel, though, especially given how close to the airport it is. The lobby atrium is wide open and full of natural light, very well kept! The water from the shower stayed hot which was impressive, not too hard as well.
We didn’t swim so I can’t speak to that, and it’s indoors but the atrium is pretty chilly.
Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Victor at the breakfast buffet! He was very attentive and friendly, and was just all around a wonderful person! Breakfast cost is a little steep ($16 without voucher), but the convenience is nice and the food was decent.
We didn’t eat at the pizza bar or the dinner cafe, but I’m told those are good too. We did take advantage of playing billiards, shuffleboard, and cornhole though!
One bone of contention: they advertise car rentals onsite, but they don’t tell you it’s for AA/Envoy staff only, so that was a bummer. Parking is gated but there are ample spots. Location isn’t terrible but it is in a one way frontage road, so if you miss the exit on 183, it’s a long loop back and with all the construction, it’s easy to miss. But, nice and close to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. Our shuttle driver was absolutely excellent!
