Reasonable
This Place is ok. Not terrible, not good.
The desk service is quick and they were kind to me. When I got to the room there was a hole on the door in which anyone could see inside the room. I asked them to change rooms and they did with no issues.
The hotel itself is kind of confusing to find your rooms, but once you get settled you kind of understand how it goes. The rooms are ok, bed is good. My bathroom had a leak and there was a bit of water coming out of somewhere, but it was ok. Room service was good and they always left the room cleaned up.
The hotel has shuttles to Disney and Universal (Disney leaves at 7:15am and comeback at 9pm and Universal leaves at 8:35am/11am and returns at 6pm). Disney is farther away and Universal is around 10 minute distance. I would say you could walk there (around 40 min maybe).
Breakfast is mediocre, but goes by. Basically they have toasts, pancakes, muffings, a weird egg and a weird turkey meat. Also coffee, cereal and orange juice. Is not terrible, but it could be a little better.
As I said before, overall the hotel is ok. If you are staying a couple of nights and want an ok location, this will be a good option.
