I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years while visiting family. This was the WORST visit, and I will NEVER stay at this location again. I was traveling with my kids and fiancé. We had no hot water in the shower, the blow dryer was missing a part of the back and sucked my hair up into it, the chairs were so disgustingly stained I didn't even want to lay my coat on it. The room itself was musty and stale, but the beds were clean and comfortable. That was the only bright point during this stay. The morning breakfast had minimal options and the coffee was cold, even at 8am. We tidied up the room before we left as normal. During online check-out I mentioned the issues we had with the water, blow dryer, and chairs. A few hours... later they tried to run my card 5 times with a total attempt at taking over $500 from my account on top of the nightly rate I'd already paid for. I called them and was told it was for smoking in the room. I DON'T SMOKE. PERIOD. The room was gross before we ever got there. There was no way they were going to charge me for this and for as many times as they ran my card? My bank caught them and stopped it, but they managed to get $50 in one of their attempts. I've called but keep being put off with "a manager will call you back" but that never happens. I sent an email... no response. Heed my warning... DO NOT STAY HERE!! They will try to screw you over to get money for no reason.
