The lady at the front desk was super nice. Yet, the room was terrible there was a dirty pillow casing, the shower head had no pressure, and the floor looked like it had not been swept. Mattress was as comfortable as a jail house mattress.

I had room 119. Main room light did not work. I could not get any of the phone charging ports to work. Commode rocked on the floor. Room was a non smoking room but didn't exactly smell fresh. Other than that it worked well and slept good.

Requested non-smoking accessible room. Room reeked of smoke probably from decades prior. Accessible bathroom did not have safety bars nor a walk in shower. Very low lighting seemed there to mask how old, stained, etc. the floors and fixtures were And HARDEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON!!! I am convinced they took some wood pallets and wrapped them in a sheet or two and called it a mattress. I'm already disabled and I'm still in pain 2 weeks later. This bed could disable anyone So yeah, I I didn't have high expectations, but this was a room well below my low bar for "cheap" (this room should have cost half what it did) motels.

It smelled terrible like cigarettes and smoke. The sink was plugged. The door had gaps so you could hear the highway sounds. The toilet is not secured to the floor… so it wiggles, and had cigarette burns on the seat. The LIGHT was the worse part. ALL night it constantly would randomly turn ON. It was the weirdness thing. Complete sleep. BOOM full lights! I had to get up probably 5 times to walk across the room and turn it off. (Room 106 I believe, if it’s something that anyone cares to fix.) I came up with all kinds of reasons in my head why something like that would happen all night. Gross! The hard floor was slippery. Overall it was an older place with minimum accommodations. Dogs and smoking allowed. I did appreciate that The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had warm water. I think the towels and sheets were clean. The room was temperature controlled. No bugs. Easy checkin/check out. Appropriate parking. Employee was nice.

Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.

I accidentally booked for the following days since I booked my reservation at 2:30 am. I was coming from Florida visiting my cousin in hospice. The friend of mine taking care of my cats locked a lock to my apartment that normally doesn't get locked. Days Inn could not find my reservation for the same same business day which would start in the afternoon even though I wanted the room to be available that early in the morning. I asked the motel MOD to look for today's date even though it doesn't give me access to a room later in the afternoon. The Manager on Duty MOD couldn't find my reservation.

The room was very dirty, the toilet looked like it wasn’t even cleaned and the shower had hair all over it. I had to go get my own cleaning supplies to clean it up just to make it through one night but luckily the front desk guy refunded me for the second night. I could not stay there any longer.

The floor between the bad & wall AC was soaked. No phone in the room so when the neighbors left their music on all night while they partied loudly, and started screaming at 6am at each other, we couldn't call from room and no one answered the office phont. Mom was in a wheelchair, and when I called in advance they said there are no elevators, but it would be no problem getting a room on the first floor. We did get a room on the first floor (the last one), and when we asked the next day for a different room (see issues above), they made us wait until after check out, then told us they could not accommodate the ADA need. So we had to find a different hotel. Because it was past 11, they refused to refund day 2. That was AFTER they put me off about the refund for 4 days after we checked out, saying the manager wasn't there to do it. By the time we got RAJ on the phone, after we were back home in a different state, he claimed every single thing I said was a lie, and because we were there until 2 the day we checked out, he wouldn't give a refund for that day, and all my complaints were lies. I ask, WHY, would i make up lies so I had to move my family and handicapped mother to a different hotel one day in? Not only was the switch entirety inconvenient, but I risked losing the entire payment. skip this place. Unless you want to party all night - then this is your dump.
