This was by far the worst check in experience on my life. The person checking me in was an extremely rude, and gave the vibe that he did not want to deal with me, or be present at the job. Not even so much a smile, or greeting. When I asked if I could check in a little early, he looked at me like I had offended him. He did not ask what floor I would prefer, or if I needed anything else. He did not even ask if I drove and would like to park overnight - he just filled out the form and very cleverly failed to inform me that there was a charge. Rudely asked me to put this on my dash. Then demanded that he needs my id and credit card.
When I asked what building I needed to go to, he sighed and said building 2. I asked if we were in building 2, he annoyingly pointed to the building in front of the lobby and said rudely that one - no property map or anything was provided.
Needless to say this was by far the worst that Marriott could offer, and they have lost me as a customer over this extremely poor lack of service. I will not be returning, and will discourage everyone that I know from this property as well.
