Other then not having any smoking rooms and leaving a used bar of soap in the bath tub when we first checked in this hotel was pretty nice! Especially the staff

Donāt believe the pictures. The carpet was nasty and the bathroom door handle was broken. The water was shut off at least twice with no notification to evidently accommodate the revision of another room. Check in was horrible with only one desk clerk handling the phone and check-ins. Even though we had pre checked in, we had to wait at least 15 minutes while the desk clerk was apparently taking care of an issue with another guest trying to check in. I would not recommend this hotel for my dog to stay in.

Worst Booking Ever
The customer service was the only thing i can praise. The room was not clean and looked like a tornado hit it from inside. It smelled like Mildew and was musty. The AC looked like someone tried to rip it out of the wall, one of the sprinklers had a disposable cup covering it, the door knob was almost completely pulled off of the bathroom door, the shower curtain was bent and wobbly, there was a huge hole in the ceiling. We booked with 2 adults and 3 kids. We had 2 towels in the bathroom and 1 rag with no shampoo. We asked for more rags and were given 2 because that's all they had. We asked for 2 extra blankets and pillows and were told they may have them. We got the blankets and were told they only had 1 pillow. This was by far my worst experience at a hotel and it was no cheaper than other options in the area. The pictures on the listing are false advertising and I would love a refund!!!

There was black mold on the ceiling and inside the air conditioner. The bathroom was filthy. I will say the check in staff was very polite and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are filthy and has water damage holes in walls the hall ways are filthy no elevator so enjoy carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs we didnāt even shower there was smudges of dirt in shower didnāt eat breakfast because if the hotel is that dirty they are not cleaning the dishes no thank you

Unacceptable condition
Mold on ceiling, mold in the air conditioner with grill missing, and roaches on floor. Immediately left and tried to get my money back. Management would not return my call. I was unable to get a refund.

Ok but needs improvement
Property a little difficult to find. Reserved two rooms. Both were ready early but issues with payment. Hotel charged CC used to hold the reservations without permission for one room not the other. Not good. Decor is dated and worn. Needs some upgrades and refurbishment. Breakfast was average. No hair dryer

Do not recommend!!!
The staff was very friendly.
Outside and lobby appeared to be updated. The room not so much. The hallway and stairs needed to be vacuufloorinIn the room there was new flooring, new couch, and maybe the other furniture. The refrigerator was working but appearance was rough. The attempted patch work on the walls and trim was poor at best. You could see light all the way around the door. The bathroom was the worst part. The was a faint urine smell, the tub insert had black scuff marks and needed a good cleaning, the shower curtain was torn, and there was mold on the ceiling. Overall the room needed a through cleaning and a much better update. I wish I had taken photos but I didn't think about it at the time. Had I not booked ahead of time and prepaid we would have left as soon as we seen the room.

Not worth the price
Hotel is not up to normal standards for this chain, property is old and run down cold breakfast only with very limited items and quanity, A/C barely cools, beds are uncomfortable, and property poorly maintained.

Hotel was apparently booked out. I had 5 people in my room and we were expected to share 2 wash cloths.
