The room looked as it had not been cleaned except the bed being made. I was in a non smoking room and the sheets had burn holes. The lights didn’t work. The floors had not been swept. Wall had a spot that looked like blood. It was fight to try to get reimbursed so I cauls move to a different hotel. I was then charged another charge after leaving the hotel. When we told the front about how nasty the room was and requesting sheets, light bulbs, someone to clean, it was handed to us. Asked since we were cleaning since could they put in light bulbs. This is when maintenance was called. Had to shut the power off to the room to be able to work on it. The Wi-Fi also was not connecting to the room terrible terrible experience.!! Don’t stay here!! I have pictures of all of this as well including what ww (my sister and I) swept up.
